Transforming the requirements of our customers into customizable products complies with the high demands which we are imposing on ourselves in the development of tailor-made products.
Quite often, specific surface finishes, environmental parameters or a high mechanical stress mean a major challenge for the durability or reactivity of the photocatalytic coating. We will meet this challenge and, apart form standard solutions, offer also tailor-made products or bonding systems which are optimized to the requirements of our customers. The integration of photocatalytic titanium dioxide in the matrix of existing or newly developed products is also possible in collaboration with our laboratory.
Needless to say: all product developments will meet the highest confidentiality standards.
The process of product development is influenced very strongly by close cooperation with the customer and it usually starts with the joint definition of the product strategy. Accordingly, the product strategy, as an essential element of our corporate strategy, is used as the basis for the definition of the specific features of any newly developed product variant.
The product definition also includes all steps which are necessary to integrate the new product into the specific manufacturing process of the customer.
This often includes the joint analysis of customer requirements, a systematic analysis of competition and the determination of the price which the end user is willing to pay for a new or refined product. This phase is finished with a first calculation of our customer's profitability.
Upon request, we also accompany the process of external certifications of newly developed products or surfaces for our customers.
